| It is located at the back side of the Ishinomaki
port, 3km to the southwest of Ishinomaki city. It takes only
3km to Ishinomaki Interchange of Sanriku Expressway. It also
benefits from train transportation with a JR Freight station
nearby. Established in 1989, Ishinomaki Senshu University
is the main source of labor forces in the city. It is easy
for enterprise to recruit employees, since there are many
young people who seek job opportunities in local enterprise.
The Hibarino area has been developing since 1991, part of
it was completed in 1998. In July of the same year, pier number
one (13m), back load area and the field heaping place of the
central ferry terminal began service. With further development
in pier and other facilities, it is an industry location with
